What kind of training should you do?





I recommend two trainings,

Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise.

My recommended cardio exercise is not long distance running.

It is high-intensity aerobic exercise performed in a short time (30 minutes).
Also, It is not a muscle building exercise.

First, strengthen your cardiopulmonary function.

Why is it important? Next time.
